Being Sick Sucks

so I went back to the doctors office today since I have this horrible cough and sunday I started getting a rash that has spread over my torso. Since Im in the 2 ww Im being cautious with medication since we dont know yet. The medicine they were going to give me could cause a cleft pallet so we decided no and the other ones could create problems in the very beggining so I dont get any medicine (see little monkey Im already being a good momma and toughing this out in case your in there)...The rash might be an allergic reaction or it could mean Im pregnant and my hormones are fluctuating (Im obviously hoping it's the last one).
