So a quick update to Mark's reflux situation. We tried the rice cereal in the bottle and it didn't help at all so he was put on Zantac. The Zantac has worsened the problem or its just not helping, he spits up/throws up about an hour after meds are given and is just super fussy for about an hour or so after them as well. We are waiting on an approval from insurance to switch him to Prevacid to try to control it.
We have an appointment with a GI specialist next monday to make sure their isn't a bigger issue so please keep Mark and us in your thoughts and prayers that we get some answers so he isn't in pain anymore.
